Private event liability insurance is the client’s responsibility to obtain prior to the event in case of guest claims of bodily injury/property damage, etc.
You can obtain event insurance from any special event insurance agency. We require all vendors to show proof of insurance and that the client has special event insurance naming Tower Beach Club as additionally insured.

Yes, if we have availability that suits your schedule. Due to having possible events every day of the week, bookings are only for the day of the event. Making any additional reservation days require their own booking.
We will absolutely notify you if someone else reaches out about this date in the next few days in order to let you know it is being inquired about, but we are only able to secure event dates when both a contract and initial deposit have been completed.
We do not. We are a fully freedom-focused venue in the sense that we leave all of those decisions up to you. However, we have curated a Suggested Vendors List to help with suggestions for great local vendors to check out using that we have worked with in the past.

The typical place outside is in the corner of the deck as there is power under the corner. Nonetheless, you can set things up however you like. We encourage you to direct all set up questions with your event planner.
Music must conclude outside by 10pm out of respect for our neighbors. Music must conclude inside by midnight. All events end must end by midnight.
