Important Details About Patio Heater Rentals
To ensure availability, we recommend booking heaters upfront when reserving your event. Here’s how it works:
- Advance Booking Required: We schedule staffing, rentals and propane deliveries in advance. You can request heaters last minute, but availability is not guaranteed.
- No Cancellations Within 30 Days: Once reserved, heaters cannot be canceled within 30 days of your event, as we incur costs for scheduling, transport, and propane.
- Full Payment Applies: If you book heaters, the full rental fee is charged even if you decide not to use them on the event day.
Booking upfront ensures your heaters are secured and ready—just in case your guests need them!
